Who we are

LBA (London Broking AI) is an independent software platform. It is not affiliated with the Society of Lloyd's or any Lloyd's-managed entity.

Data we collect

• Account data: username, email (if provided), hashed password.
• Workspace data: deals, documents, conversations, messages you create on the platform.
• Technical data: IP address and browser metadata for security and abuse prevention (handled by Cloudflare).

How we use it

• To operate the platform and authenticate you.
• To process AI requests (sent to Cloudflare Workers AI in anonymised form).
• To send transactional email via Resend (when you trigger it).
• To detect and prevent abuse.

Storage

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers KV, R2). It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Cookies

We use one HttpOnly session cookie for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies.
